About the Cumbria Network

 

The Cumbria Network: supports visual artists in Cumbria through information sharing and networking activities - a central HUB for the artistic community.

our aims are to:

  • Create opportunities for artistic activity and critical debate
  • Support training and professional development
  • Exist as a central HUB for networking, information and resources

The Network is a member - based organisation, driven by the artists that make it up.

our ethos: is that members* agree to contribute to, support and maintain the creative space developed by the network through recognising the individuality of other members and their space to be and grow creatively and professionally.

*membership is currently FREE and will be reviewed in spring 2009.
