Degree Shows

You are invited to attend the end of year show at the University of Cumbria (previously Cumbria Institute of the Arts) from Wed 18th June to Tuesday 24th June from 10.00am- 4.00pm every day except Sunday. We are looking forward to seeing as many local artists as possible as the work is stunning and not to be missed. Also there is a Private View on Friday 20th June 6-9pm at both the Brampton Road and the Caldewgate Fine Art Building, please ring for an invite if you cannot make it during the day.

This year it is set to be a fantastic event. Within the shows will be the new Foundation Degree work. Also the Contemporary Applied Arts show this year is larger than ever. This year the cohort will be represented at the New Designer show Part 1 on July 2-6th at the Business Design Centre in London.

So you have the opportunity to see it in Carlisle first. Whenever you arrive there will be someone to show you round the Applied Arts show, as we will have students on hand to explain the work and guide you to what you wish to see.
