Back by popular demand, The Beacon will once again be running its Life Drawing Classes, starting on 6th October. The classes have built up a regular following over the past few years, being the only venue in West Cumbria to offer them.

Both beginners and more accomplished artists are welcome to attend the course, which is being led by local artist and former student of the class, Inigo Ford.

In a slight change to previous courses, which have consisted of a series of 2 hour classes, the course will include a 3 hour session on 3rd November and a 4 hour session on 8th December. Artists wishing to join have the option to book just the 6 two hour sessions for £40.50 or to book all 8 sessions including the extended ones for £61. Artists are asked to bring their own art materials.
