I have a large new purpose built studio with very good natural light. The building is centrally heated with cooking facilities, telephone, shower and toilet with disabled access.
There is also a good sized basement area,( 40’x 20’) with heating, good access and parking. There are 2 studio spaces available, approx. 11’x 20’ on the ground floor, plus a larger mezzanine floor area.
I am 20 minutes drive from both Penrith and Carlisle. I am looking for a weekly rental of £25-£50 depending which area you choose.
